Getting the D

When the cold comes, I get very low on Vitamin D. The only way to get it up is to take a supplement. When I dont take it, I get tired and depressed. With this particular one, I am able to function much better than I would without the vitamin D my body desperately needs during the winter. I am so grateful to have this to boost my system. For me, the best thing was to take it in the am with breakfast to get a good start to my day. I take one each day for the past 2 weeks. I am very happy with the results.
